Primary Responsibilities:

  • Applies scientific principles to innovate, design, develop, and implement technologies, components, sub-systems, machines, tools, and systems to ensure compliance to specifications, requirements, and customer guarantees across applicable operating conditions.
  • Ensures novel ideas and implementations are captured and protected using applicable IP processes and tools.
  • Performs analysis at all levels of the total system product including concept, design, fabrication, modeling, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal.
  • Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems.
  • Considers and evaluates alternatives accounting for similar metrics.
  • Manages configuration process, performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
  • Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
  • Established and productive professional contributor.
  • Has theoretical to advanced knowledge of work area.
  • Problems faced are difficult and may be complex.
  • Works autonomously with limited supervision.
  • Influences others within the work area through explanation of facts, policies and practices.


Qualification: Basic Qualifications:

  • Required: CNC, PLC, HMI, Robots Servo drive systems Feedback loops

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Electrical, Controls or Mechanical, Siemens, Allen Bradley, Fanuc Controllers. Pneumatic, Hydraulic, Electrical and Mechanical Systems and Circuits. G and M Codes (NC Programming) Safety circuits and PLC's Well versed in computer programming; Python, C , Excel VBA, etc. NC milling machines, Fiber placement machines. (Preferred Area of Study.)

Education:

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering and 3 plus years of experience.
