As the Modeling Team Lead this position is responsible for managing the JSF Integrated Training Center modeling & analysis team in support of required program planning and execution.
• Support face-to-face and virtual stakeholder meetings as required.

Activities required to perform these tasks include:
• Review analysis request Ground Rules & Assumptions, Clarify Ambiguities with Stakeholders
• Conduct Pre-Conference Meetings/Briefings
• Update Expected Student Demand and Instructor Quantities
• Obtain Values for Expected Training Device, Support Equipment, ALIS, and Pilot Furnished Equipment
• Perform Initial Model Run/Data Debug Utilizing
• Adjust Data and Conduct Model Reruns
• Create Initial Model Output Reports, Perform Internal Review
• Rerun Model Based on Corrected Data, Update Model Reports
• Final Review/Publish Briefing Slides
• Conduct Model Result Briefing
• Post Briefing Updates and Action Items

Perform model functionality changes to accommodate continuous improvement actions.
Activities include:
• Analysis
• Design
• Implementation
• Perform Functional/Regression Tests

Process new syllabus for ITC Model incorporation as they arrive, coordinate data changes and
corrections, interface with end users, training designers, and other training stakeholders.

• Self Starter & the ability to multitask
• Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and integrate into an existing team structure and become an effective member of the team
• Experience working with United States Government (USG) customers
• Demonstrated ability to perform in an environment with dynamic priorities and varying work tasks.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, MS Project)
• Strong project management and prioritization skills
• Experience working in a highly technical industry, aircraft and/or military training curricula is preferred
