Basic Qualifications:

- Must be a US Citizen

- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline

- Experience in systems engineering full life cycle (development &/or decomposition and application of processes and tools)

Desired Skills:

- Experience with hardware/software development & integration; or experience with mechanical systems/air vehicle systems

- Knowledgeable in the Systems Engineering process as defined in MIL– 5000/15288, NAVAIR Handbook and INCOSE

- Experience in the creation of Technical Performance Measures (TPMs), Integrated Master Plans (IMPs) and conduct of Technical Reviews (TRs/SETRs)

- Experience deriving system requirements from customer documents &/or developing Statements of Work

- Experience applying System Modeling Languages and frameworks (SysML, UML, DODAF, UPDM, or similar language) utilizing tools such as Cameo, Rhapsody, or Sparx

- Experience in Mission Systems (MS) system design and development

- Knowledge of DOORS, JIRA, CATIA, or Dimension SPAR database development and management or similar programming

- Experience using quantitative models, risk management techniques, and analytical tools

- Supplier Management experience

- Knowledge of Agile SAFe methodology

- Experience executing in a product lifecycle management tool (i.e., 3DX, Xcelerator)

- Experience with software management tools such as Gitlab, Subversion, Atlassian

- Experience with Hardware/Software Configuration Management

- Experience with Configuration Change Boards

- Experience with Drawing release processes

- Experience with languages such as C/C++, Python, MATLAB

- Knowbell, Compuquest, Pioneer, Saber or other signature Processing software experience

- Good understanding of test design, system test planning, test point authoring, and lab experience

- RCS data acquisition & processing experience

- RF troubleshooting experience

- RF hardware experience

- Antenna data acquisition & process experience

- Flight Test experience (ground/flight)

- Experience briefing and interfacing with senior executives and senior military personnel

- Strong oral & written communication skills, analytical thinking and physical science/engineering problem solving skills

-EVMS/CAM experience

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position:4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California or New York City is $135,800 - $256,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
