This position is with the historic Skunk Works in Palmdale, CA. Known for some of the most advanced and groundbreaking aircraft ever produced, we continue to push the bounds of technology today.
Provide systems engineering support, to include but not limited to requirements tracking, risk management and architecture traceability across multiple projects within an ADP program. A qualified candidate will shatter silos by understanding the scope of the program and working across multiple disciplines, suppliers, and users to ensure all aspects of the project are covered with appropriate requirements. Understanding of industry-standard requirement formulation, decomposition, flow-down, traceability, and metrics. The ability to work with functional experts and generate verification and validation plans for requirement is a must. Candidate will work with senior engineers to provide documents to convey customer and supplier(s) requirement relationships.
The ideal candidate would have experience with writing and managing Statements of Work (SOWs) and Engineering Requirements Documents (ERDs) for Subcontracts and Vendors. A working knowledge of Requirements and Verification Traceability tools is extremely helpful in establishing verification methods.
A level 3 employee Typically has 5 - 10 years of professional experience.

Bachelor Or Above Degree in a Technical Discipline
Must have a minimum final secret within last six years with ability to or in the process of obtaining a Top Secret SAR/SAP clearance
Experience with requirements generation and decomposition
Experience with tracking requirements using software tools (such as MS Excel and Access)
Experience with systems engineering process
Ability to work with different engineering disciplines to derive and decompose requirements
Experience developing a system architecture (or familiarity with Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF))
Good written and verbal communication with experience in writing requirements
Work experience with operational modeling tools
Previous integration and test experience
Experience with using the DOORS database tool
