Position Description:

Years of Experience Needed: 2-3

Must Haves:

?Knowledge and understanding of computer technology and networking

?Experience in supporting PCs and Macs

?Experience with supporting antivirus and malware platforms

?Experience with managing Active Directory and group policy development/management

?Experience with managing Skype for Business

?Knowledge of Unified Communications, implementation and supportexperience is preferred

?Ability to resolve security vulnerabilities and address audit deliverables on client devices

?Experience with Microsoft Systems Center Suite and Client Administrative Management tool

?Software scripting and packaging experience is beneficial

?Experience with the administration of Casper Suite/JAMF Software preferred

?Requires physical access to IT lab in O''Fallon, MO, USA

?Requires physical access to ITF in O?Fallon, MO, USA

?Ability to follow documented processes and procedures with minimal supervision.

?Experience with managing project timelines and deliverables

?Strong verbal and written communications skills, prioritization skills, and the ability to effectively communicate issues and project status across multiple levels within an organization


Basic support for IT services, such as end user PC/application technologies assistance. This is an entry level IT support position, in which IT support tasks can be taught while on the job. Assist with day-to-day IT support functions and maintenance activities. Othertechnologysupport areas could include IT help desk, Windows client and server OS, various core software applications assistance, messaging / collaboration software''s or services and physical device hardware or software maintenance.

Major Accountabilities: 

?Assist end users with IT related PC hardware or software problems. 

?Load or remove core and non-core software applications. 

?Moves, adds and changes to PC client hardware and peripherals. 

?Perform project or maintenance tasks under the direction of management or upper level engineers. 

?Basic asset control and tracking services.


?Associate''s or Bachelor''s Degree with emphasis on information technologies or the equivalent job related experience.

Knowledge / Experience: 

?A basic knowledge and understanding of computer technology and problem resolution procedures is preferred. 

?Windows client/server software experience or certifications will provide additional consideration. 

?Any help desk or customer contact skills will also provide additional consideration. 

?0 to 12months of experience in the field required. 

Skills/ Abilities: 

?Professionalism skills and good work ethics are required. 

?Customer support and communications skills are preferred. 

?Ability to follow documented processes and procedures with minimal supervision

Work Conditions: 

?General office environment.
