-5+ years of experience with systems engineering using Navy weapons or combat systems, operations, maintenance, or ISEA-related equipment
-Experience with testing, installing, operating, and maintaining diverse electronic or mechanical equipment and systems
-Experience with engineering analysis, including risk analysis and risk management
-Experience with modeling and developing computer-based simulations
-Experience with investigating and resolving obsolescence issues
-Experience with leading a team on the most complex engineering assignments
-Experience with the development of written and oral technical reports
-BA or BS degree in Engineering
Nice If You Have:
-3+ years of experience with US Navy or other armed services’ laser or EO systems research and development programs
