The Systems Integration Systems Engineer will support the development of Auris' most advanced robotic surgical system. The primary focus of this position is being responsible for system integration activities, including the bring-up of a prototype robotic surgical system at the system and sub-system levels. The candidate will also collaborate with mechanical, electrical, software and robotic engineers in root-cause analysis of design, manufacturing and algorithmic flaws in order to increase reliability. The candidate will support laboratory use of the system and monitor system performance. The candidate will also support developing manufacturing procedures for system bring up. Lastly, he/she will assist in system test development, execution and documentation.
