-10+ years of experience in systems engineering with Navy weapons or combat systems
-Experience with testing, installing, operating, and maintaining diverse electronic or mechanical equipment and systems
-Experience with engineering analysis, including risk analysis and risk management
-Experience with modeling and developing computer-based simulations
-Experience with investigating and resolving obsolescence issues
-Experience with leading a team on the most complex engineering assignments
-Experience with developing oral and written technical reports
-MA or MSdegree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
Nice If You Have:
-5+ years of experience with the US Navy or other armed services’ laser or EO systems research and development programs
