Description:Responsible for coordinating systems administrator duties while communicating own systems administration experiences. Actively being part of team and individual task assignments, making recommendations and sharing possibilities on problem resolution. Desire to grow as leader/Mgr. while augmenting existing administration skills and moving career to next logical step as Associate Manager engaging in all necessary leadership responsibilities needed to keep technical team engaged.
-Actively be part of problem resolution, applying experience learned from years of operating systems and network administration.
-Associate Manager/leader, responsibilities include coordinating day to day direction and support of administration team with informative and in-depth support strategies.
-Coordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
-Mentoring, Career Discussions, Staffing, and Training, and Talent Management.
-Full Spectrum Leadership behaviors and effectively balance your workload between both your program and functional assignments, showing strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
-Ensuring the logical and systematic review of team obligations and actions (but not limited to) all Engineering and Program support (E&PS) responsibilities such as Classified Area Support, Cyber Security, Networking, facilities, and communication with ISSM, AIS Teams, and liaison support during, audit/inspections.
-Specific responsibilities include technical program requirements review of existing and new projects, manage a team of administrators, and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/combined education/military experience, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree.
-Ability to maintain a security clearance, and customer's acceptance.
-Active Secret security clearance (investigation within the past 5 years).
-Prior background/experience as systems administrator, capable of displaying skills in the administration of heterogeneous networks including Windows 7/10, Windows Server16, and/or Linux domains.
-Prefer Security+, CISSP, or other IAT Level II/III security certification.
-Knowledge of RMF/JSIG security controls and environments
-Experience leading diverse teams.
-Experience preparing presentations, conducting meetings, and engagement with senior management.
-Strong organization and interpersonal skills used to provide communication between subordinates, peers, and customers.
