EOIR Technologies, a Polaris Alpha company, is seeking a Systems Engineer to support on-going research and development (R&D) efforts at one of the Army's premier R&D Centers of Excellence at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), Maryland. This position includes opportunities to influence Army next generation C4ISR sensors, systems and technologies.

The successful candidate, working with a team of experts, will support the analysis, research, development, test and evaluation of newtechnologies for current and future Army radar systems, including a wide variety of C4ISR systems andtechnologies. The successful candidate will provide technical oversight and systems engineering support to software intensive, tactical C4ISR systems. Duties may include system engineering tasks, planning, monitoring and execution of demonstration/testevents, evaluation/analysis of demonstration/test results, documenting plans/reports, coordinating with stakeholders, reviewing CDRLs, and presentation of the program to senior management.

Required Skills

BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar field
7+ years of experience performing systems engineering duties for C4ISR andpb0805 EW systems or similar systems
Experience in system design, development, engineering, test, evaluation, and data analysis
Experience in the development of test plans, test procedures, schedules, and reports for laboratory and field tests/demonstrations
Knowledge and experience in C4ISR tactical systems and technologies
System acquisition experience, Army system/capability Program Management office experience
Army systems development, testing, fielding and acquisition experience
Experience in the preparation of technical reports, technical briefings, technical drawings, performance work statements, system developmental schedules, performance specifications, and requirements documentation
This position requires the selected candidate to hold an active Department of Defense Secret or TS/SCI level security clearance, which requires US citizenship while working in support of a government contract.
