iNovex has a brand new Prime contract that requires Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) to maintain and enhance the DATABAHN capability, transporting Global Data Integration (GDI) exposed data up through the TS/SCI level, as well as alerts that can be disseminated through a system-agnostic architecture.

DATABAHN is a middleware system designed to broker user-specified information across multi-level security systems in as near-real-time as possible. DATABAHN was developed to fill the gap present in information tipping and cueing to disadvantaged users. The concept is centered on providing information to users having limited or no access to TS/SCI networks, to access only to a SECRET collateral network, or for users who have a limited bandwidth communication link, or do not have access to online analysis tools.

DATABAHN also has a standalone display application, resident on the SIPRNET and JWICS enclaves that can be used as an operational interface for rapid deployment, or for clients that have no current applications, but require the DATABAHN capability.

• Provide 24/7/365 operational system support to ensure DoD-owned “DATABAHN” system functionality;
• Perform configuration management and document control;
• Facilitate user interface improvement and tailored software programming to ingest new data sources and develop customized output reports and visualizations. This includes support to new and existing authorized users, potential users for illustrative purposes, and in support of customer concept development;
• Maintain and build upon existing relationships with the DoD and IC, acting as a liaison between GDI and said organizations as required;
• Assist with System Modifications and Upgrades;
• Perform execution of emerging data delivery tasks as directed by GDI;
• Exercise support. Support authorized users and customer to maintain functionality of the DATABAHN systems and respond to quick turn ad hoc requests for data output development during Exercises.

Individual Requirements:

All contractors shall possess and demonstrate at least 12-years’ experience working with the DOD and IC information technology environments and an understanding of cybersecurity policies and regulations. Major driving policies include, but are not limited to, DoDI 8510.01 (DIACAP/RMF), DoDI 8500 series (Information Assurance/Cybersecurity), CNSSI 1253, and CJCSI 6731 (JC2 Security Policy).

All contractors shall possess and demonstrate at least 12-years’ experience as a senior information technology systems/network engineer with project management skills to monitor, manage, and assess progress of complex IT projects.

Includes an in-depth knowledge of a wide range of engineering methods, advancements, systems, concepts, analysis, design, development and testing of hardware and software or system architectures
