-17+ years of experience with federal contracting
-Experience with targeting, data flow, or mission systems
-Experience in working with legal authorities, collection management policies, and SIGINT data classifications and how these impact legal compliance, oversight, and secure data sharing
-Experience with testing and integrating software components and systems, including testing and integrating systems configurations, data exchanges, and interfaces
-Experience with analyzing and modeling business processes and workflows and identifying mechanisms and approaches for process improvement or automation
-Experience with developing capability level, functional, and interface requirements and facilitating business process development sessions with stakeholders
-Experience with working on very detail-oriented technical tasks
-Knowledge of the SIGINT life cycle
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-BS degree or 20+ years of experience with systems engineering in lieu of a degree
Nice If You Have:
-1+ years of experience with using the UTT system
-Experience in working with extended IC or foreign partners on mission-related activities
-Experience in defining or working with business rules, decision logic, or similar types of configuration information for IT or management information systems
-Experience with the agency's SMART data initiative and SMART data tagging related to managing SIGINT data in the Cloud
-Experience with Atlassian suite products, including Confluence and Jira
-Experience with agency policies and directives for IT infrastructure and applications
