Description: Responsible for developing the technology architecture of the firm, including but not limited to hardware, software, voice applications, networking, systems and support processes and procedures. Analyze and resolve problems associated with server hardware and server application software. Detect, diagnose, and report problems on all hardware and software systems. Responsible for maintaining voice communication services for Newmark as well as for our clients. Work closely with IT managers/supervisors to develop strategy and architecture that will benefit the organization as a whole. Work with field personnel to assess, troubleshoot and resolve problems pertaining to voice and data communication systems or service. Perform root cause analysis on failed components and implement corrective measures. Responsible for configuring, documenting, implementing and troubleshooting the following software products; Microsoft Server Operating Systems and Email Systems, Backup products, Anti-Virus products, Anti-SPAM products, and Remote Access methods.
