Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, or related field; and 7 years of experience in professional software development in the financial technology industry.
Must have: Proven ability to analyze business needs and envision solutions to the business needs; demonstrated hands-on implementation experience on multiple development projects; demonstrated knowledge involving financial domain; demonstrated experience using J2EE, RDBMS, Web Development and UNIX; demonstrated experience using object-oriented design methodology and design patterns; demonstrated experience with backend systems design and database/data warehousing platforms and solutions, such as Oracle 11g and Exadata appliance; proven knowledge using tuning software systems; proven ability to communicate effectively and in a professional manner, both written and orally; demonstrated ability to be a team player with a positive attitude, enthusiasm, initiative, and self-motivation; proven ability to multi-task and meet aggressive timelines; and proven ability to lead implementation team.
