The systems analyst provides technical analysis for projects, feature enhancements, and sustaining support for Legal business application solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following activities: * Collaborating with business partners, system users, and other stakeholders to identify business needs and objectives for multiple large scale projects * Developing complex business requirements, influencing implementation direction of requirements, and providing alternative solutions based upon existing solutions and industry standards * Translating business requirements into functional and/or system specifications and user stories including acceptance criteria, user interface mockups, and workflow diagrams * Developing and supporting SaaS, off-the-shelf and/or custom applications, extensions and integrations for business applications in large enterprise environment * Learning and applying an understanding of Qualcomm Legal practices to the technical implementation of software platforms supporting those activities * Assessing and troubleshooting end user issues and change requests in a production environment with potentially critical service-level expectations * Facilitating effective and proactive communication with key stakeholders and end users with cooperation, tact, and diplomacy * Presenting system solutions, feature demos, or other technically complex information within and outside of project team * Setting test strategies, identifying appropriate testing methods, and determining the impact across surrounding systems by conducting risk assessments, prioritizing based on business risk and available resources, and ensuring governance compliance * Planning, executing, and leading QA, integration and user acceptance testing and feature buyoff; including authoring and managing functional user testing scripts * Understanding and managing the setup of certain configurable off-the-shelf software to match business requirements * Running reports and database queries to meet the needs of the business * Creates and maintains operational support documentation * Actively manages team project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables * Seeks out learning opportunities within the industry and lines of business, communicates the importance of active learning, encourages junior personnel to seek out learning opportunities, and explores, evaluates and recommends new technologies and trends * Leads collaboration with more junior and senior Systems Analysts and business partners to document and present recommendations for improvements to existing and new applications and systems * Mentors other team members or cross-functional team members to disseminate subject matter knowledgeAll Qualcomm employees are expected to actively support diversity on their teams, and in the Company.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 5+ years IT-relevant work experience OR 7+ years IT-relevant work experience without a bachelors degree.
