As a systems analyst on our team, you have the chance to analyze policies for the Army using forward thinking concepts. On our team, you'll be able to broaden your skillset into areas like Cloud computing and the Risk Management Framework (RMF). Grow your skills by merging RMF requirements and Agile practices to create Army policy analysis that support rapid, continuous, secure systems delivery. Provide input to analysis required to define new and revised policies directing Army systems in the use of the most automated processes possible to address RMF requirements on a continuous basis. Provide policydocumentation support to both management and technical staff in the intelligence community (IC). Prepare documents and presentations by applying the highest levels of industry and client standards, establishing proper formats in accordance with client requirements, reviewing and correcting draft materials, as appropriate, and supporting decisions on appropriate text and graphics software to use for given jobs and create, implement, and track the production of designed documents. -10+ years of experience with performing system analysis and writing and editing technical documentation
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and PowerPoint
-Ability to analyze problems, conduct research, summarize results, make recommendations, prepare reports or documents, and present results
-Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
-Ability to pay strict attention to detail and deliver quality products
-BA or BS degree and 8 years of experience with systems analysis or MA or MS degree
Nice If You Have:
-Experience with writing documentation for military policies
-Experience with creating Smart Art in Microsoft PowerPoint
-Experience with Army Publishing Directorate processes
-Experience with the software development life cycle (SDLC), RMF, and Agile methodologies
-Experience with DevOps processes
-Experience with Army or program, project, or product manager (PM) support
-Experience with using eMASS a plus
-Ability to be proactive and assume additional responsibility and accountability
-Ability to work in a fast-paced client environment
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Microsoft PowerPoint certifications or advanced training a plus
