Position will beresponsible for end-user support throughout the application lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have at least 3years ofexperience in application support within ahealthcare environment. Woods Services utilizes cross training for its analysts. As such, analysts will berequired to have some familiarity with all of Wood’s installed systems. The candidate should haveexperience in working on human resources,payroll, and generalledger systems. They will beresponsible for working with end-users to configure and maintain business systems.Experience in working as part of a team to create and implement workflow configuration settings within software ispreferred. Position will focus on business processes, rather than specific programming skills.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
This position requires up to 20 percent travel.
Education and Experience
- Minimum five years’ systems analysis experience in a healthcare setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related discipline, Associates degree experience considered with coupled with strong job experience.
