As a Systems Analyst IV, you may assist in development of test plans, coordinate or perform testing, as well as triage issues, anomalies, and opportunities to improve business and technology solutions. In addition, you will provide analysis and recommendations on a wide range of complex problems. We are seeking talented Systems Analysts that demonstrate a specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise and broad domain and business knowledge that other reply upon.

We are looking for Systems Analysts to support one of the following areas:

  • CRM - Supporting one or more of the following teams: Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Engagement
  • BTO - Supporting enterprise-wide re-platform efforts for the Business Transformation Organization
  • IT Applications – Supporting one or more of the following teams: Claims & Payments Incident Management, Business Process Automation, HR/Finance/Legal applications, and Medical Management
  • IT Infrastructure – Supporting foundational programs/projects and the Agile Delivery team/s.

What you will do:

  • Develop standards for function at the practice level, not just project level
  • Demonstrate deep expertise and represent the business with agile delivery team
  • Act as liaison with business stakeholders in planning, conducting and leading the analysis efforts for new system implementations, as well as system upgrades and maintenance
  • Identify, refine, and document business requirements in the form of epics, features and user stories with clear acceptance criteria or in the form of user cases, business requirements, functional requirements, UI specifications and business rules
  • Create queries to troubleshoot, develop metrics, and create ad hoc reporting as needed; aggregating, tracking, analyzing, and generating reports
  • Develop complex data mapping and independently create modeling/ data transformation rules
  • Follow industry standard methodologies and guidelines to write technical and support documentation
  • Use a wide range of techniques including interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process analysis, use case, story mapping, and task and workflow analysis
  • May build test scenarios and analyze data from tests, using data extract tools to validate test results
  • Provide input on backlog priorities and dependencies
  • Identify, recommend, and lead improvement opportunities as well as solutions to address business problems through research, analysis, and understanding of business domain and technology solutions
  • Provide mentorship and direction to more junior analysts within the team

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems or computer science
  • Eight years systems analysis experience
  • An ability to identify all facets of an issue and generate a solution that takes downstream impacts into consideration, as well as troubleshoot from different perspectives
  • Experience defining software requirements for moderately complex products/solutions; working knowledge of analytical tools, relational databases and software applications
  • Proven ability to analyze moderately complex data and business processes
  • Experience using SQL for data analysis
  • Experience in a software development environment with Agile development practices, including Scrum and SAFe
