SUMMARY: This positionreports to the Manager, Workforce Planning, Compensation andHRIS forsupervision, direction and guidance, and isresponsible for the oversight of Human Resources Information Systems to ensure the integrity and confidentiality ofHR related data. Proposes tests and monitors changes to existing Human Resources data managementprocesses and practices. Creates workflow solutions to streamline Human Resourceprocesses emphasizing self-service applications.Audits information andreports to ensure data is accurate and presented in high quality professional format. Collaborates with InformationTechnology Services on Human Resources data management concerns and works to integrate Human Resources information with data from other systems. Incumbents will have an understanding of project managementprocesses.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Four year College Degree in Information Systems or related field required. Minimum of three (3) years experience in a position in which systems design and integration was a major job responsibility required. Minimum of three (3) years experience working in a Human Resources environment required.
