The successful candidate will be a self-starting, highly motivated team player functioning within a team that is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting the PeopleSoft Financial ERP HCM and Timekeeping systems. This position requires analytical and technical expertise in the support of the PeopleSoft Financial ERP HCM and Timekeeping systems. Business expertise, while not required, is a plus. Specifically, the successful candidate must possess the ability to organize, analyze, and carry out detailed written and/or verbal instructions with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast paced and changing environment while possessing the initiative to overcome obstacles and get the job done.
Position performs complex tasks and solves complex issues; works independently on a variety of projects, tasks, and issues; assesses impact of application changes due to customer requests, enhancements, and/or regulatory requirements; coordinates and implements a work plan and issues list to insure that all required tasks are completed accurately and on time. Demonstrates a willingness to learn and assume new/additional responsibilities and is a good team player. Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail, are a must, as are strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on superior customer support. Position supports PeopleSoft applications and technology. The successful candidate must have prior PeopleSoft experience.
