Systems Administrator III

Duties:

The Systems Administrator III role will lead as a member of a team that oversees the operation of the computer systems, including its installation, updates, and maintenance. Responsibilities will include server builds, systems performance and availability planning and troubleshooting, security and vulnerability identification and remediation, application health monitoring and alerting, system recovery and failover events, implemenation and improvement of best practices. This role works within the team and with other teams to accomplish the expected duties.

COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

This will be a full remote position right now with the intent to be on-site in Denver in the future when such work is deemed safe.

Possibility for extensions, moreso than conversion. As with all roles, it's dependent on need and ability to obtain head count. It's a possibility but no guarantee.

The initial interview will be a primarily technical interview, with some time being spent to determine culture fit and potential team fit. Second interview will be with the team to answer team questions and determine more of the fit with the team.

6-9 years experience in technical skill sets to include:

Windows OS

Active Directory

IIS

Backups

High availability

Data security including NTFS, share permissions, SFTP/FTPS, SSL/TLS

Windows Clustering

Disastery recovery

3-Tier application infrastructure

ColdFusion experience preferred but not required

Monitoring and alerting systems

vmWare infrastructure
