We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Systems Administrator with a background in Database Administration. This position will be filled as a level 3, depending on the successful candidate's competencies, education, and experience. The successful candidate should enjoy solving problems and providing solutions in a collaborative environment, with an open mind to exploring new approaches and a drive towards providing our clients with the best support. Responsibilities include maintaining and supporting databases, web environments (on Linux), and highly available systems that are both on-prem and cloud-based. The ideal candidate should be able to draw from previous experience supporting and maintaining various databases platforms, data integrations, web environments, and general server operations. Must have experience with MS SQL and MySQL, Windows and Linux servers, and cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Linux administration and provide guidance to our operations team. Experience with Redgate suite, CI/CD, DevOps, Git, Jenkins, No Code SQL, and/or PowerShell are a plus. The ideal candidate must also be detail-oriented, identify and solve problems independently, handle sensitive data professionally, have excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, and work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. In addition, candidates should demonstrate the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize with limited supervision. This position typically requires a Bachelor's degree and four years of related experience.

This is an intermediate level position, where qualified candidates will typically be able to draw from previous experience to demonstrate competency in the required skills.
