Job description


Supports all the department applications and data mining, working to generate all the management information reports, minimizing the time other department personnel will need to spend on non-technical activities.


Responsibilities



  • Implement and support all the applications within the department. Performs specialized support tasks that require previous knowledge of the Applications and procedures.
  • Implement technical policies and procedures. Prepare complex reports or forms, interpreting data, resolving routine problems.
  • Generates in a daily, weekly and monthly basis management reports. Provide IT services to internal customers, including software installation, implementation in various databases, writing and implementing custom programs in various programming languages and Windows platforms.
  • Assist in the development of internal training materials as well as conduct internal and customer training. Evaluates each department to determine if they are performing in compliance with IT policies and procedures related to the internal applications.
  • Recognize the need to modify procedures related to departmental applications based on control assessments and test work. Stay current on emerging technologies and technology trends. Analyze new and emerging technologies and provide updates to department management.

Education/Experience


Bachelor''s Degree (BA, BS, etc.) in Computer Science, Business, or a related field required with Eight (8) years of banking and banking information systems experience. Work experience may substitute for education requirement.


Lic/Cert/Reg


Required: Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)

Preferred: None preferred
