This position is for a Test Engineering Associate Manager to lead LTIAMD test equipment development. Candidate will provide TE management coverage for program status meetings, risk meetings, new proposal efforts, CAM reporting efforts, IMS schedule inputs, and various IPT meetings. Put together MS Project schedules and provide status updates to the program including budget status and impacts. Technical responsibilities include emulator test equipment design, updates, maintenance, tooling configuration, and variability analysis for various configurations. Functionally responsible for coordinating employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments. Provide direction and mentor more junior engineers on the program making sure TE policies and procedures are followed. Provide continual feedback to assigned engineers and conduct mid-year and end of year performance reviews.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Experience developing and/or supporting test equipment hardware and/or software.

Must have or be able to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Desired Skills:
Experience with National Instruments development tools (specifically Test Stand, LabVIEW, or LabWindows CVI), and/or MS Visual Studio (C++, C#).

Hardware troubleshooting knowledge for computer based automated test equipment.
