If so, come join our Global Mobile Broadband team as a System Integration and Test Engineer and be integral to supporting new and existing satellite service programs. We are developing technology and products that are revolutionizing the satellite communications industry by providing unprecedented speed and coverage to mobile platforms across the globe.

In this role you will help integrate and test full SATCOM systems including remote modems, antenna systems, and ground station equipment. You will interface and collaborate with system, software, and hardware engineers as new capabilities are developed and transitioned into service. In addition, you will provide support to service engineering to help support an operational global network when support is required from development or test.

Requirements

  • 3+ years?System Engineering or system integration and test experience
  • SATCOM or Wireless/RF Communication Systems experience
  • Strong networking knowledge (IP, TCP, UDP, Multicast, MPLS, REST etc.)
  • Familiarity with RF test equipment (ex: spectrum analyzers, signal generators, etc.)
  • Linux/Unix and virtualization experience
  • Knowledge and experience with a programming or scriptinglanguage (i.e. Java, Python, or other)
  • Bachelor's Degree in ElectricalEngineering, Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
  • Must have secret clearance
  • US Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Residence status may be required for some projects in which case, verification of such status will be required upon accepting employment

Preferences

  • Experience with system and/or subsystem integration
  • Understanding and experience with RF, wireless systems, and RF test equipment
  • Knowledge of Cisco networking equipment (CCNA or similar)
  • Knowledge of Python
  • Experience with test automation development
  • Knowledge of system test tools such as Ixia or IxChariot
  • US Citizenship
