RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Dignity Health end users, Business Stakeholders and other members of Dignity IT
  • Perform daily production support activities
  • Participate in team on-call rotations
  • Perform patching and code deployments across all environments
  • Coordinate support efforts between Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) and other Dignity IT teams
  • Lead projects associated to the enhancement, upgrade/patching, or implementation of new or existing software solutions
  • Initiate change management requests and adhere to the Dignity IT CM process
  • Review, recommend and monitor the source code/versioning function adhering to technical management guidelines
  • Provide oversight and facilitation of the Dignity IT change management process as it applies to the System Administration team
  • Provide technical leadership and ownership of issues across multiple disciplines and technologies
  • Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting
  • With oversight from the System Administrator IV and  Management, initiate and facilitate strategic planning activities (capacity planning, process improvement, maintenance, upgrade and end-of-life planning, roadmap development)
  • Build new test and production environments on existing or new hardware
  • Design, implement and maintain a comprehensive monitoring and alerting process across all ETS platforms
  • Design and implement a comprehensive and ongoing release management and planning program
  • Perform technical mentoring and cross training with other team members
  • Perform crisis management during high-severity operational incidents
  • Moderate travel may be required:  0-25% during the normal course of business but may be required to travel more frequently during certain events
  • Provides Sharepoint development critical for Sharepoint2016 upgrade.

 

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: BA or BS in a relevant discipline, or equivalentexperience and certificationsMinimum of seven (7)years of professionalexperience in an IT technical orinfrastructure field isrequiredAdvanced  knowledge of Microsoft and/or UNIX operating systemsStrongexperience with enterprise change management processesStrong analytical andtroubleshooting skillsStrong  written and oral communication skillsAdvanced knowledge ofnetworking andsecuritytechnologies such asTCP/IP,DNS, firewalls, load balancing/proxies, authentication, single-sign onStrong operational knowledge of storagenetworks andtechnologiesStrong knowledge of testing and quality assurance methodologies

 

SharePoint Administrator 7+ years’ experience with Windows Server operating systems is required.

5+ years’ experience with SharePoint2007, 2010 and 2013 environments is required.

Extensive experience with SharePoint web parts, master pages, themes, and other core SharePoint functionality is required.

Experience with creating complex workflows using SharePointDesigner is required.

Extensive experience with SharePoint customization features such as Service Applications, Web Service APIs and the Client Object Model is required.

Extensive experience with IIS,.Net and PowerShell is required.

Experience with portal concepts, application integration, information management, document management, analytics and dashboards is required.

Experience configuring and troubleshootingSharePoint Search is required. 

Expertise with SharePoint BI features such as PerformancePoint, PowerPilot, SSRS Integration, and Excel Services is required.

Experience with other Web & Enterprise Content

Management solutions such as IBM/Lotus WCM, IBM WebSphere Portal, Oracle Web Center, Stellent UCM is desired.

Experience with testing/Quality Assurance methodologies is required.

Operational experience with storage networks and technologies (EMC, NetApp) is required.

Operational experience with SQL Server, SSAS, SSIS and SSRS is required.
