SVP Finance in Atlanta

Financial oversight of plant located in China

Prior experience as CFO will be helpful

This is a strategic SVP Finance leadership role in CPG within a dynamic, high growth, industry leading company. Lead and work closely with a proactive team focused on identification and delivery of innovative solutions in an environment which encourages professional development. Report to the CEO, work closely with CEO and COO, and be an active member of the Executive team. Be responsible for leading strategic finance, accounting, treasury, tax, and continuous improvement initiatives involving all levels and functions of the organization for all business units. 

Job Description


  • Lead and manage and collaboratively improve periodic, Accounting, Financial Reporting, Treasury, and in-depth actual to plan variance analysis (finance and operations)
  • Work with Executive team to develop and execute financial strategy to achieve growth targets and other Board directives
  • Collaborate with COO and plant management for cost/price strategies and analysis, product forecasting, demand planning and the evaluation of vendors/partners
  • Manage global tax compliance and transfer pricing initiatives and taxaudits
  • Manage all aspects of annual audit
  • Actively participate in budget development and management
  • Optimize and document internal processes, controls and overall enterprise risk management
  • Mentor accounting, finance and plant team members on key performance metrics and how each metric impacts financial results
  • Manage accounting, reconciliation, valuation and reserves for inventory and other assets



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 10+ years Accounting, Finance, Treasury, Tax and ERP leadership in international manufacturing environment
  • Extensive experience in collaboration with executive leadership to achieve objectives related to financial strategy and corporate growth
  • Track record of mentorship of team members to achieve continuous improvement objectives throughout the company
  • Significant treasury management experience including FX and hedging strategy
  • Proven ability to manage audits, projects, allocate resources and collaborate across disciplines and locations
  • Ability to participate in US and International travel up to about 10%
