Description

  • Responsible for all survey operations in an office.
  • Generate revenue while maintaining a reasonable profit margin.
  • Responsibilities consist of but are not limited to managing field and office staff, project management, invoicing, business development, and marketing.

Required Experience

  • Must have 10 years progressive surveying technical experience, 3 years supervisory experience, TxDOT experience, and a TX RPLS license.
  • Management of large US Army Corps of Engineers, energy, utility, municipal, state, and/or private development experience a plus.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, good geomatics technical skills, results oriented, decisive, persuasive, sense of urgency, enjoys variety and change, self-reliant and detail oriented.
  • Experience recruiting, hiring, managing and motivating field crews and office staff.
  • Able to effectively communicate project requirements and changes to clients and staff.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle record.
