Responsible for day-to-day management and administration of org-wide patient family experience and workforce engagement surveys. Work with vendors, internal stakeholders, and teams across the organization to maintain and optimize survey methodologies, reporting, and manage the vendor relationship. Responsible for ad hoc reporting as it relates to strategic initiatives. This role will partner with data analysts and data scientists to develop dashboards for the organization, shaping our understanding of improvement opportunities. Organize the overall programmatic elements of workforce surveys including communications, measurement, monitoring, using evidence-based methodologies, making iterative improvements, and innovation.

Required Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, public health, business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 years experience in a lead role overseeing program/project management
- 4 years experience working on quality and process improvement projects with cross-functional teams; including data collection, analysis and reporting
- Proven record of project completion, program planning, execution and status reporting
- Demonstrated experience in leading multi-disciplinary team, committees, activities and staff
Required Credentials:

Preferred:
- Masters in Health Administration, business, or health care-related field
- Demonstrated ability to lead improvement efforts related to strategic goals
- Experience working in public health, health care or social services
- In-house or external consulting experience
- Experience with surveying for regulatory requirements and reporting
- Strong survey analytic skills, with systems-thinking approach to problem solving
