As a Solution Architect, you will provide venue expertise during client engagement to deliver workflow and solution design to achieve defined benefits.
As a member of the team, you will be responsible for guiding clients through current workflows, upgrades, system changes and enhancements as well as ongoing system maintenance. You will act as the primary consultant for the client's solution troubleshooting, consultation and knowledge transfer.
You are responsible for cultivating and sustaining relationships with clients to provide appropriate escalation of issues, solution knowledge and engagement support.
In addition, you will resolve escalated problems and issues using solution knowledge and expertise while resolving complex client concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or solution application. In this role, you will ensure the application software is effectively and efficiently designed, produced and tested.
You will evaluate potential risks and defects, analyzing specifications and customization of the application while providing recommendations on disaster recovery, data integrity, security of the application, as well as evaluate alternatives and analyze problems with data infrastructures.
In addition, your responsibilities will include creating technical documents relating to application architecture, design steps, integration processes and testing procedures to ensure a seamless integration of new and existing systems and eliminate potential problems and maintain data structure and integrity.
Finally, you will work closely with systems analysts, application coordinators, data managers and other team members to ensure successful production of application software.
Specific to solution support of SurgiNet (to include perioperative services, Interventional Radiology, Cardiac Cath lab, GI Center) – this includes Surgical documentation, I-view, Procedures, block scheduling, BMDI, power chart, Tracking Boards, 724 downtime, RadNet
- Bachelor's degree in General Studies or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
- At least 3 years of solution implementation or support work experience
- At least 3 years of clinical or customer service work experience
- At least 5 years of health care information technology work experience
- Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Glens Falls, New York area
