As a Support Engineer in the Azure Synapse team, you will apply our support methodology to lead unique customer support experience. Azure Synapse is a limitless analytics service that brings together enterprise data warehousing and Big Data, using multiple technologies as Azure Data Factory, SPARK, SQL on demand , SQL Data warehouse, Synapse Studio and other data sources connectivity and CRUD operations.
You have a passion for learning new technologies, collaborating with other experts to find solutions, having complete customer obsession, continuously optimizing and improving the customer support experience, and having fun.
Besides that, we would also like you to have the following skills and knowledge:
· Adaptability, flexibility and the ability to do the right thing under pressure and tight deadlines
· Great interpersonal and communication skills-both oral and written-and success in partnering with groups inside and outside of company
· Self-motivated and independent thinker that routinely translates circumstances and understanding into actions that move the business forward in a measurable manner
· Previous experience in technical support is a plus
Minimum of 3 years experience ( Support , Consultation or administration) in data warehousing and big data technologies like:
· Azure data warehouse / Azure Synapse (SQL Pools)
· Azure Data Factory
