Define, plan, and implement detailed action plans in conjunction with logistic leaders and COEs to achieve annual productivity plans for Freight, Distribution Operations, and Trade Compliance. Apply common project management practices to ensure site, national, and regional projects are completed on time and on budget. Collaborate with other Program Management staff to leverage opportunities at a global level. Partner with Global Network Design and Transition teams to champion logistics network changes in region.
Partner with regional Logistics COE leaders to conceptualize, develop, and implement projects which meet regional productivity targets. Validate planned savings targets to ensure entitlements are met. Evaluate entire regional project backlog to establish priorities based on team capacity, project benefits, and strategic plans. Review and manage project schedules and interface with customers and suppliers (internal and external) for regular status updates. Effectively use six sigma methods and Project Management tools to improve processes and constantly seek, share, and implement best practices. Ensure that end-to-end processes deliver the operational benefits anticipated by COEs and HGEs. Maintain regional project backlog deck with relentless emphasis on due dates. Support A3-style project reporting for major initiatives. Support key projects with specific leadership working with site and regional leads to champion next actions.
Minimum 5years experience in supply chain management.
Strong working knowledge of Trade Compliance, Transportation and Distribution.
Ability to influence and drive corrective actions in a matrix environment.
Experience in handling multiple projects concurrently and coordinating efforts via an indirect relationship.
Strong communication and influencing skills.
High degree of presentation and communication experiences at various levels of the organization.
