 ?        Manage a team of 20+ individual contributors performing supply chain functions including commodity management, supplier management and hardware ordering, tracking and expediting

 ?     Act as a technical, project, team and program leader for an established and fast growing service line

 ?     Act as the point of contact with the customer in technical discussions and sales initiatives

 ?     Act as the sourcing and procurement focal for key initiatives (APQP, design to cost, MRL requirements, etc)

 ?     Establish and maintain operational readiness for all services including staffing plans, employee development, quality assurance, etc.

 ?     Report status regularly to senior leadership and key customer focals

 ?     BachelorDegree in Science, Business, Finance, Supply Chain or related discipline required

 ?     8+ years related experience in Integrated Supply Chain or Sourcing / Procurement required

 ?     Demonstrated leadership required; preferably at a program level

 ?     Ability to communicate across all levels of an organization with customers, suppliers and within the internal team

 ?     Experience within aerospace a plus

 ?     Proficiency with MS-Office Suite Tools, to include: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
