RemoteLock, headquartered in Denver, is perfecting the connection between people, places, and things with software to simplify access control for commercial, multi-family, vacation rental, and residential property owners. We proudly serve some of the largest companies in the world with our cloud-based software and open API platform. Imagine unlocking the door on a property halfway around the world from your phone…and that's just the beginning. With integrations to dozens of SaaS platforms, we are rapidly changing the way businesses control physical access. We were recently recognized as one of Colorado's Top 50 Companies to Watch and a 2018 Gazelle. This is our year to scale, and we're looking for some talented professionals who want to take the journey with us – interested?

As the keeper of our supply chain your experience managing component, sub-assembly, logistics and final assembly with partners in APAC is just a subset of your superpowers. You are also an engaged leader who is able to adapt to the individual workstyles of your team. You know how to design process flow for the minutia that is inherent in every supply chain and this is evident by your track record. If you are looking to join a company who is a leader in their space, is expanding into new markets and where you can enjoy an equity stake in our future success then we should talk!

How you'll spend your days

  • Managing the quality and order process of parts and finished goods – you make sure we are staying ahead of business demands
  • Building strong vendor relationships and coordinating the delivery of components, locks, and boards for assembly
  • Proactively communicating with multiple departments regarding product allocation and delivery, minimizing any adverse business impact or service interruption
  • Optimizing the process of order management and assembly assuring consistent cost of goods using current ERP capabilities
  • Leading a small but mighty order management, inventory, and fulfillment team

What you'll bring to the table

  • Undergraduate degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management or a related discipline
  • At least 3 years of experience managing the supply chain for a high-tech manufacturer through final assembly/shipping
  • In-depth understanding of APAC manufacturers, electronic components and vendor management in a small order, quick turn environment
  • Demonstrated experience building strong working relationships with multiple cultures and leadership styles
  • You can manage inventory and balance sales forecasts with historical demands to define order quantities – your eye for detail is almost unnatural
  • Ability to maintain grace under pressure – you embody the motto, "keep calm and carry on"
  • Comfortable working with order management or enterprise software – we use Netsuite
  • You thrive in an interdependent team environment – everyone is pulling on the same end of the rope
  • Comfortable with occasional travel internationally

As part of the team you'll enjoy

  • A competitive compensation plan and benefits
  • A collaborative environment with a supportive leadership team
  • The opportunity to contribute to a wildly fun and disruptive technology
