Description

ESC has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Analyst to leverage data and analytics to help build a resilient, scalable, and efficient supply chain for one of the most innovative aerospace programs in the world. You will identify capacity constraints, streamline processes, and ensure supply chain operations can support the team's aggressive growth and deployment timelines. This role requires a bias for action, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners in engineering, manufacturing, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within Kuiper's global supply chain, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
• Analyze production and capacity data to anticipate constraints and proactively propose solutions.
• Build and maintain advanced forecasting models in SQL and Excel to support decision-making across planning, manufacturing, and logistics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineering, program management, and supplier operations to align on strategy and execution.
• Develop, update, and maintain internal documentation for process consistency and training.
• Contribute to the mission of connecting communities globally by helping ensure material and production readiness for satellite launches.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, Mathematics, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a logical and analytical approach.
• Proficiency in SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vLookups, complex formulas).
• Experience in data analysis, systems thinking, and process optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in aerospace, defense, electronics manufacturing, or high-complexity hardware supply chains.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and supply chain management tools.
• Understanding of configuration management principles.
• Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.
• Passion for space, satellites, and Kuiper's mission to bridge the global digital divide.
