We are looking for a supervisor to direct and coordinate activities for the manufacturing area to insure on-time delivery, quality, and safety of Automation systems by performing the following duties, directly or through subordinate personnel.

This position supervises all personnel in the Manufacturing area. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Education/Experience:
A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, and 5+ years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
