And here's where you come in. As a Supervisor Marketing you'll be responsible for developing strategies and tactical plans to support consumer / member innovation. You will analyze economic considerations, develop marketing forecasts, estimate costs, and manage programs / project budgets. Bachelor's Degree in business or related field
Experience within healthcare or healthcare related industry
Marketing experience with in a matrix organization
5 + years experience in a deadline driven environment
Experience using Microsoft office suite including Word (creating and editing documents),Excel (V - lookups and pivot tables), Outlook (emailing and calendaring) and PowerPoint (creating, editing and presenting presentations)
5 + years experience managing and prioritizing several deliverables
Experience with data analysis
5 + years experience influencing and collaborating with others
Ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity
Ability to work Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm MST with weekends and OT as needed
