And here's where you come in. As a Supervisor Marketing you'll be responsible for developing strategies and tactical plans to support consumer / member innovation. You will analyze economic considerations, develop marketing forecasts, estimate costs, and manage programs / project budgets. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring integration and consistency across initiatives
  • Drive execution of value realization and help remove barriers where needed
  • Provide realistic risk vs. benefit analysis to leadership for both internal and external initiatives
  • Support messaging and tracking overall success
  • Manage alignment of the work across Optum
  • Develop and drive a program status, updates, and decision making
  • Deliver context across the teams regarding scope, measures of success, change management, risks, etc.
  • Support creation of various deliverables
  • Bring thought leadership, change design, and consulting "mindset" to drive transformational change.
  • Review, create and / or maintain workflows to drive effectiveness
  • Provide guidance, expertise, and / or assistance to internal and / or external partners to ensure programs and strategies are implemented and maintained effectively
  • Incorporate operations program performance information into strategic business planning
  • Less than 25% travel required

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or related field

  • Experience within healthcare or healthcare related industry

  • Marketing experience with in a matrix organization

  • 5 + years experience in a deadline driven environment

  • Experience using Microsoft office suite including Word (creating and editing documents),Excel (V - lookups and pivot tables), Outlook (emailing and calendaring) and PowerPoint (creating, editing and presenting presentations)

  • 5 + years experience managing and prioritizing several deliverables

  • Experience with data analysis

  • 5 + years experience influencing and collaborating with others

  • Ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity

  • Ability to work Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm MST with weekends and OT as needed

  • Less than 25% travel required
