We are currently seeking a Supervisor to join our team in Belleville. A minimum of four years of experience in public accounting is required.

As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for finding new client relationships, managing both audit and tax engagements, and utilizing your industry experience to better our team.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, or a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with emphasis on Accounting
  • Minimum four years of experience working in public accounting with professional knowledge in both tax and audit
  • Both CPAs and CPA Candidates are welcome to apply
  • Experience with major accounting and tax software packages including CCH Prosystems Tax, Caseware, QuickBooks and other applicable software products is preferred
  • Skilled in use of MS Word and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong analytical and time management skills
  • Desire to be an important member of a large team that services a variety of clients
  • Must have a high level of respect for confidentiality


  • Manage and oversee financial statement engagements from planning to report presentation.
  • Preparation of both business and individual income tax returns
  • Develop and implement accounting procedures by analyzing current processes and recommending changes
  • Prepare general ledger entries by maintaining records and files; reconciling accounts
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Conduct research of various accounting and tax issues
  • Must be able to work increased hours during tax season, including weeknights and weekends, with compensation
  • Minimal Travel may be required, with mileage reimbursement
