Job Description

The ideal candidate for this SME SIGINT L3 opportunity will have the following responsibilities and skills:

- Provides SIGINT Development (SIGDEV) analytic support to optimize and develop assigned customer accesses.
- Provides analysis of module/model output from signals of interest to allow creation of follow-on processing
- Designs and implements software modules in MATLAB or other similar design suite to process signals of interest
- Develops novel approaches for utilizing COTS and GOTS systems for creating processing solutions outside the intended use

Required education/skills:
-Ten (10) years experience with SIGINT Development analytic support. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science from an accredited college or university. In lieu of a degree an additional four (4) years of experience may be substituted.
-Demonstrated experience coding in C/C++ and Python
-Experience with SDRs (REDHAWK/RFNext, GNU, etc),
-RF signals analysis and SIGnals DEVelopment (SIGDEV)
-Experience with message queue implementation/communication
-Experience with Development Suites (X-Midas, etc.) or C++/Python-based signal processing tools and libraries
-Able to design, develop and implement systems within a Unix/Linux environment.

Desired Skills:
-Digital Signal Processing (DSP) background with strong understanding of satellite communications system design and theory with implementation of concepts into software
-Time and / or Frequency geolocation technologies and implementation
-Experience with MATLAB
-Experience with GPU/CUDA development
