The responsibilities for the position include:
As a Subcontracts Administrator, you will be responsible for providing support to proposal development teams related to subcontract, sub-recipients, and consultants. This includes working with division staff to create defined and robust statements of work, ensuring appropriate proposal and contractual compliance, organization conflict of interest risk mitigation, and preparing required source and price analysis justification for the proposal submission and the procurement file.
This highly visible position reports to the Senior Manager, Procurement and Subcontracts and closely collaborates with and supports the Business Development team. The successful candidate may manage post-award contracts, where needed. You will be part of a dynamic organization with an opportunity to influence and define your role as AIR grows.
