    Student Lending is seeking a highly motivated, self-starter for a ground floor opportunity. Our new loan consolidation and refinance product, for medical doctors, is launching this June. We need a well-qualified, results oriented person to help launch and grow this product. The primary focus of this position is to leverage our existing health system relationships and partner with internal groups such Private Banking and the Healthcare Specialty Group to provide value added loan consolidation and refinance services to the Commerce suite of products when onboarding new hires within existing health system relationships. The individual will directly interact externally with high net worth customers, utilizing a high service-level approach, as well as presenting to C-suite level individuals, within hospital systems, and other employers, to gain Commerce access, and to promote doctor referrals for the loan consolidation product. In addition to the product sales and growth activities, the individual will be responsible for the initial development of the product branding, sales strategy and marketing materials. This is a great opportunity to be at the forefront of a new growth product.

    Work Hours: Monday-Friday (8:00am-5:00pm)

    Skills and Qualifications
    • College Degree, preferably in Business or Marketing
    • 5+ years of B2B sales or relationship management
    • Excellent oral and written presentation skills
    • Strong selling acumen
    • Collaborative working style

    • Prior banking / lending experience
    • Strong credit analysis
    • Working knowledge of hospitals and the healthcare industry
    • Good understanding of banking regulations
    • Experience with student lending
