Structural Engineers to join our Resilience Water team in the United States.

Role Accountabilities:As a Structural Engineer with our Resilience Water team, you will play a crucial role in delivering engineering and consulting services for various projects. These include treatment plant facility upgrades, infrastructure resilience, waterfront/shoreline stability, stormwater management, and distribution/collection system design. Your responsibilities will include:
- Researching alternative design approaches, site conditions, and regulatory specifications.
- Conducting structural engineering investigations.
- Developing technical calculations, drawings, specifications, requests for proposals, and other contract documents.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and sustainable structural solutions that meet industry codes and standards.
- Managing project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
- Traveling, as needed, for project-related activities such as client meetings and site visits.
Qualifications & Experience: Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field
- 5 years of relevant structural engineering design experience
Preferred Qualifications: - Masters Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field
- EIT Certification or PE license
Key Attributes: - Strong structural analysis and design skills, including experience with STAAD Pro and other structural software
- Strong technical writing and editing skills
- Experience preparing, reviewing, and approving project drawings, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/REVIT software
- Excellent knowledge of building codes and standards such as IBC and ACI

We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $82,400 - $142,140. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project, and location.
