The Strategy Consultant will serve as a member of the CIB CRM team, which includes CRM platforms that support the CIB Coverage, Capital, Markets, Sales & Trading and Commercial Real Estate businesses. This team is responsible for driving and implementing the strategic direction and product roadmap of these CRM platforms as well as implementing ongoing enhancements to increase our ability to service clients, control operational risk, and drive management insights. Primary responsibilities include (i) collaborating with business users and technology to identify, document, and launch enhancements to Salesforce to support the needs of the Sales and Trading business; (ii) serving as a liaison between business users and Technology to develop business requirements and ensure a smooth technology launch; and (iii) driving the implementation of tactical and strategic projects focused on enhancing banker productivity, operational efficiency and data quality improvement within Salesforce. Secondary responsibilities will include developing communications with business and technology users on the roll-out of enhancements to key CIB business tools and interfacing with users of the business tools.
