As a Strategic Solutions Engineer for Zuora, and a critical member of the RBM Connect team, your role is part innovator, entrepreneur, and developer. Your primary mission will be to design, develop, and sell reusable applications on the RBM Connect marketplace. Strong communication and relationship building skills are a must have for this job. Your demonstrated technical acumen will be critical in this role and will help to ensure that the solutions you propose remain on time and on budget, while delivering an exceptional user experience. Because you already have experience building or integrating Enterprise software systems and are proficient with billing and business operations concepts, you will be able to start performing on day one. Your love for customer facing interaction will prove useful, as you will be responsible for managing multiple customers and applications at the same time.
