Develop and implement go to market strategies for the Government vertical to maximize market share and profitability

Manage a large portfolio of government contracts and purchasing cooperatives with specifically designed value propositions and solutions

Manage and align the State & Local, Federal, Military, Education, Plant, Cooperatives and other Government channels to position the company in line with strategic goals

Responsible for managing and aligning the company with the various external Government programs

Oversee a dedicated Government sales team to drive performance

Leverage and matrix manage a large sales and operations network to drive market share and sales strategies

Responsible for intelligence to prioritize opportunities and increase market penetration around the various Government verticals

Leverage data analytics to increase market share, drive revenue and support sales functions

Leverage various departments in completing proposals, bids, questionnaires and presentations

Assist in maximization of revenue and market share by leveraging bid/opportunity scraping and forecasting tools

Responsible for managing and prioritizing opportunity pipeline

Responsible for aligning existing and targeted customer portfolios

Work with internal groups to successfully implement strategies and tactics developed to meet the revenue/opportunity goals

Responsible for interacting with senior management and presenting and communicating strategies, results and action plans


Professional Experience

5+ years of Government experience

Educational Background

Master’s degree in Financial acumen

Conditions of Employment

Experience in government related channel

Proven track record of successfully managing large revenue portfolio’s and complex customer channels

High attention to detail

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Aptitude to think critically and adapt to new challenges

Ability to multitask in a deadline driven environment

Passion for continuous improvement

Sales related support function experience

Must be willing and able to relocate to Bonita Springs, Florida or surrounding areas
