A global medical adhesives company is seeking a successful sales professional to manage and grow business in medical device companies in the Midwest. The Sales Executive will be responsible for account management and business development within the region, identifying customers' needs, and selling consultatively to meet those needs. If you have experience selling a product or service into medical device companies, an entrepreneurial spirit, a high level of organization, and a tenacious sales personality, this customer focused company with decades of experience in the manufacturing industry could be a great fit. This role offers high visibility and opportunity for growth as the company builds out their sales function.

Candidates can live anywhere in Midwest near a major airport (e.g., Chicago, Minneapolis, Milwaukee, etc.)

Experience Required:

: Bachelor's degree

: 5-7 years selling into medical device companies, i.e. Product Development. Note: Not looking for a

med device sales rep, but for someone who has recently sold a product or service INTO med device companies.

: Knowledge of the wound care market highly preferred

: Proven track record of sales growth

: Consultative selling skills

Base salary $125K, total comp at plan $150K - $160K, full benefits, 30% travel, car and car allowance provided.

$156K
