MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Three (3) years Project/Program management experience implementing Business Plan Strategies for an organization
  • Experience providing improvements via procedural and process change(s)
  • Experience developing governance projects and communications plan(s) with specific action items clearly defined
  • Able to design, develop, and administer surveys and analyze and report results
  • Three (3) years’ experience presenting to Executive Staff and Senior Management
  • One (1) yearexperience managing organizational transformation and/or communications programs, preferably within California State government
  • Experience with Strategic planning
  • Previous experience as a business analyst is a huge plus

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience dealing with State processes and control agencies
  • Experienceworking with Health and Public Pension Systems
  • Experience with Governmental Health Systems functions and processes similar to client
