Required: Master Degree and minimum of five years job-related experience.
Demonstrated problem solving skills; the ability to gather, analyze, synthesize, and interpret large amounts of quantitative and qualitative data into effective presentations, and interpret the conclusions from the information.
Superior organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and maintain a high degree of responsiveness.
Proven ability to influence and persuade all levels of leadership and management.
The Strategic Planning Lead anticipates, organizes and manages strategic planning initiatives and deliverables contributing to the strategic and business planning activities of the Network.
Preferred: Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills, ability to juggle multiple deadlines, and work effectively in a team environment.
Hours: 40 control hours.
