Maintain oversight of assigned joint venture and non-joint venture partnerships with all LHC Home Health and Hospice
Attend the deemed joint venture|non-joint venture partners periodic (quarterly or other) meetings.
Routinely meet with the JV|nJV partner representative, C-Suite. Frequency to be determined by current relationship
Coordinate the activities of the LHC personnel assigned to compile, distribute the JV|nJV quarterly report, and schedule the meetings.
Continuously evaluate the content of the JV|nJV periodic report to assure validity and value of content.
Keep the report format concise and informative, and the meeting format productive for LHC and of current value for the
Assist in communications among all LHC and JV|nJV personnel involved.
Assist in determining LHC resources available to address issues facing the partnership regarding quality, growth, or service
that will enhance the JV|nJV relationship.
Facilitate engaging these resources with the partner agency and hospital senior management.
Manage and facilitate LHC home office interaction, resources, and support, when necessary, to allow division, state, and local
agency personnel to concentrate on operations and marketing.
Meet organic growth goals established for Partner support measured by Medicare referrals, admissions to the agency.
Provides leadership and accountability to Strategic Partnerships Specialists. Monitors and assesses development of assigned
Strategic Partnerships and progress towards organic growth goals.
Meets targeted organic growth goals per relationship and in the aggregate for all accounts.
Formal Education: Master's Degree
Experience: 5 years
Hospital Administration with a business background.
